    Your Windows 11 just stops dead sometimes? I feel you. My own laptop once froze halfway through a YouTube binge, and I just sat there staring, like it would fix itself. Spoiler: it did not.

    One of the best tricks I have picked up over the years is peeking at the Event Viewer. It’s like your computer’s diary, no kidding! Just press Start and type “Event Viewer.” Open it up.

    Then look under “Windows Logs” for “System” and “Application.” Scroll around the time things went bad, and watch for red “error” or yellow “warning” icons. These logs are where Windows tattles about what went wrong.

    And here is the thing: sometimes random apps act up and sneakily crash your system. So don’t ignore that application log.

    Once, I found out my music player was the villain. Give these logs a shot before panicking. You’ll surprise yourself with what you find
