don’t get me wrong ChatGPT is not perfect. Sometimes it needs a little training or tweaking to match your brand’s tone. But for common stuff? Like answering FAQs, sending shipping updates, or saying “Hey, we got your email and we’ll get back to you soon” it nails it.
And the cool part? It saves so much time. You don’t have to sit there typing the same reply over and over. ChatGPT can even be connected with tools like Gmail or helpdesk software. So yeah, it is not just talk it actually works.
Of course, if the email is complicated or sensitive, it’s still best to have a human check it. But for the boring, repetitive ones? Trust me, ChatGPT handles it like a champ.
